Health score formula

Account Health is a 0–100 number for a Hyperliquid perps wallet. It is the only score LiqWatch shows. Weights are fixed. If a component is missing we drop it and rebalance — we do not fill gaps with estimates.

score = weighted average, clamp 0–100

distance 50% · worst position distance-to-liq %

margin 30% · 1 − (margin used / equity)

funding 20% · next-24h funding cost as % of equity

Distance to liquidation — 50%

For each open perp: distance % = |mark − liquidationPx| / mark. The worst (smallest) distance across positions is the input. 0% away maps to 0. 20% or more maps to 100. Linear in between. Longs move toward liq as mark falls; shorts as mark rises.

If every open position has a null liquidationPx, this component is excluded and remaining weights rebalance. The UI says “unavailable”. We do not invent a liq price.

Unused margin — 30%

1 − (margin used / equity), clamped 0–100. No open perps still produce a margin number from equity. Equity ≤ 0 maps this component to 0.

Funding cost — 20%

Next-24h funding as a percent of equity. 0% (or a credit) maps to 100. 2% of equity or more maps to 0. Linear in between.

Estimate at current hourly rate, assumed constant. Hyperliquid pays funding every hour. 8h / 24h / 7d multiply that rate by 8, 24, and 168. Not a forecast.

Default Telegram rules

  • Position within 8% of liquidation, again at 5%
  • Health below 40, again below 25
  • Projected 24h funding cost above threshold (default $25)
  • Each condition fires once until it clears. Free plan delays about 15 minutes.

This page is the source of truth for the score. The same constants live in the product code.
